I’m Sara Holmes, a freelance textile designer & artist

I'm based in Manchester, UK - the heart of the textile industry. I moved here to study textile design and have lived here ever since!

I have over 24 years of experience in the textile industry: developing commercial designs for printed, woven and embroidered textiles and wallpaper at various companies.

I also paint, and am inspired by flowers and natural landscapes.
